Warranty Information


The following are applicable for both In-Store and Online purchases. By making an In-Store purchase you are agreeing to the following.


All box mods and pod systems sold by/at THE VAPE CAFE and “thevapecafe.com.bd” are covered by manufacturers’ variable warranty. Terms and Conditions applied.

The warranty period can vary from 0 days to 180 days depending on the manufacturer.

Products on sale or promotion are not covered by warranty.


The following are not covered by warranty; atomizers, fixed battery devices, and consumables. Consumable items include, but may not be limited to e-liquids, coils, pods, cartridges, disposables, and batteries.


Terms and Conditions:

The warranty period will be counted from the day of purchase, regardless of the product being used or opened.

The warranty will be void under the following circumstances:

1. Customer fails to provide original receipt of purchase.

2. Product failure or damage due to improper use or unauthorized repair and alteration.

3. Product failure or damage due to abuse, misuse, excessive force, and/or other external causes.

4. Product failure or damage due to immersion in any form/type of liquid substances including e-liquid.

5. Product failure or damage due to outside the permitted or intended use.

6. The product or part of the product has been modified in any way, including cosmetic changes.

7. Product failure or damage caused by using batteries not in optimal condition. Optimal conditions include, but may not be limited to paired batteries, same specifications, same manufacturer, good health, balanced charging, not damaged or dented.

For warranty claims, please visit either of our outlets or in case of store purchase, visit the respective outlet of purchase. After receiving your claim we will forward it to the manufacturer.

The manufacturer reserves the right of final decision in all warranty cases.
